As a Team Lead, you will provide leadership to promote a customer-centered culture serving as a consultant to internal/external customers, striving to exceed customer needs, requirements and expectations. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team of Account Associates who manage the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle and related business relationships. You will also partner with internal/external customers, at all levels, to identify trends, propose strategies, and resolve OTC issues. You may also get the opportunity to lead a team of Functional Analysts who manage the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle and relationships with Kellogg customers including managing credit/financial risk. You will be fully responsible for the management, engagement, and retention of your team while focusing of people development and coaching. You will participate in sales trade strategy discussions with high levels of leadership and represent the company at credit group meetings, deduction meetings, and customer service meetings.


As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Order to Cash, and to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Significant experience in a related field

  • Supervisory experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong Communication Skills and ability to work in a multi-task, metrics driven team environment


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Accounting practices and regulations or strong financial background

  • Training, certification or experience in Six Sigma or LEAN

  • Proficiency with ERP financial modules
