Kellogg HR Systems Data Analyst in PAGEWOOD, Australia

Kellogg ANZ are seeking an HR Systems Data Analyst to play a key role in the implementation of new global HR system. We are undergoing a global HR transformation including both system implementation, new ways of working for employees, managers and the HR organisation.

This role will provide project support focused on reviewing data, reviewing and developing effective processes and procedures, pre-Go Live testing, training, reporting, post-implementation support, and change management support to enhance organisational effectiveness and ensure the success of the ANZ HR transformation implementation.

Working closely with the HR transformation SME the position will also provide broader support on other related activities including policy review, process streamlining and documentation control.

Other key project tasks will include:-

  • Conduct routing SAP system updates and data audits to maintain existing system data in preparation for data conversion to Success Factors

  • Plan and implement activities in line with project timelines for new system and related enhancement through design, build & test

  • Engage all key local stakeholders in the project planning, implementation and evaluation

  • Support local change management activities and conduct workshops and information sessions to drive employee engagement with the new system and ways of working

  • Relevant educational qualifications and/or experience in Human Resources, Business and/or Information Systems

  • High degree of proficiency with spreadsheets and data management systems- SAP experience will be critical and Success Factors preferable

  • HR systems support experience, including data management, system configuration, reporting , implementation and system administration

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and be able to manage multiple project requests to meet tight deadlines.

  • Advanced experience in a variety of computer based applications, with the ability to develop relevant materials

  • Experience in business process mapping, gathering and documenting requirements, developing solutions, and integration of business systems within large and complex organisations

  • Ability to take responsibility for own work and to contribute positively to your team
