You will support the daily operations of plant finance by supporting the Plant Controller in gathering inputs, generating basic financial analyses and reports, and assisting with payroll collection, processing, and review. Managing workload anddocuments -Handling ad-hoc questions/issues/projects and participating in functionalor career development training to increase knowledge and skills. Assistingthe Human Resources department in new hire orientations, events and otheradministrative duties
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma/GEDwith related work experience
Strong verbal andwritten communication skills
PC skills with anemphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of ERP andother financial planning systems (e.g. SAP)
Processed and Packagedfood industry experience
