HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Grow with the company's Top Regional Customers in order to achieve the objectives assigned, sales, and financial, for each commodity-related category (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual).

  • Develop a commercial strategy on its own customers, ensuring long term relationship and top customers engagement.

  • Assess investments on customers and their return, taking decisions regarding resources allocation.

  • Responsible for customer regional coverage, in a logical, rational and cost effective way by applying with punctuality and precision effectively and efficiently the provisions relating to the Trade Police.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Degree in Economics or related field, fluent in English, both written and spoken,deep knowledge of main computer systems.

  • Significant experience in Kellogg Italy within Team In-Store and/or Commercial Strategy Team. If externally sourced, significant experience in structured industry realities or distribution.

  • Enthusiasm, dedication, flexibility and autonomy, interpersonal communication skills, ability to introduce itself, humility and hunger to learn, proactivity and initiative.

  • Knowledge of sales tools and techniques, ability to negotiate, result orientation, analysis and synthesis ability, management organization of its own work, problem solving, Team Work attitude.
