Kellogg Associate Commercial Strategy in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan

As an Associate, Customer Marketing in Salty Snacking at Kellogg, you will utilize different technical competencies to support our Cracker Brands in the development and execution of key programs. On our team, we focus on great relationships – both with each other and our customers. With an owner's mindset, you will coordinate the development, communication and procurement of selling materials for both national and customer specific programming.Intrigued yet


  • Connect Corporate Strategy to the Field - You will own content maintenance for our internal Customer Business Plan, and the communication to the field. While you’re at it, you will be a key contributor to strategy development and project management of Project Work Requests, Display Work Requests and Business Expansions, as well as have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to support key strategic initiatives, provide resource tracking, and deliver on field sales needs.   • Process Ownership - Snack on this. We’re looking for someone who can Snap, Crackle and Coordinate….everything from annual advertising, promotions and coupons tracking, weekly and monthly sales updates, to analytics and reporting. Attention to detail your thing? Let’s get crackin’.

  • Vendor and Agency Management - You will thrive in this role by exploring and evaluating potential new vendors to ensure the best possible execution and return on investment, in addition to managing agencies to guarantee timely completion of projects. Our success is shaped by you.



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • CPG Sales or Marketing experience

  • The ability to multi-task, along with strong organization, presentation and written/verbal communication skills

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • A high aptitude for collaboration, with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions, each with unique goals
