Kellogg Associate Director Supply Chain Finance in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan

As Associate Director, Supply Chain Finance you’ll be the end to end Supply Chain lead for the Portable Wholesome Snacks Category, responsible for total cost management of the portfolio With a focus on the future, you’ll provide both insights into performance drivers and thought leadership for optimizing future Supply Chain costs. Our success is shaped by you.


  • Strategic Planning – In this role you’ll lead strategicplanning, sourcing optimization, and provide support for capital projects. We’re looking for someone with both astrategic mindset and the ability to work in the details.

  • Cross Functional Leadership – You’ll partner with CommercialFinance and Supply Chain Category leads to push towards both issue resolutionand capitalizing on opportunities. AtKellogg, collaboration is key.

  • Costing, Forecasting and Analysis – Your financial acumenwill drive our future with confidence. You’lllead special project analysis and overall planning and forecasting for thecategory from a COGS perspective.



  • Bachelor’sDegree in a Finance/Business related field and/or significant related workexperience

  • Advancedproficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

  • Attentionto detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills

  • Practicalexperience understanding the link between business issues and P&L/CashFlow

  • SupplyChain or Commercial Finance experience


  • Experiencewith SAP-specific financial planning systems

  • Pivotsand large data manipulation ability a plus

  • Proficientknowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other financialplanning systems
