Project Management –As a key stakeholder, you will play an important role in the planning, implementation and/or sustainment of sales related projects. This position may involve participation in the design and/or testing phases
Strategic Partnerships – Working closely with cross-functional partners you will interact regularly with internal/external counterparts to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. Serving as a voice for the Sales Organization you will advocate on their behalf and represent their needs to Senior Management. Collaborating cross functionally to solve problems and implement changes will be key to your success.
Problem Solving – Showing great initiative you will recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Analyzing risks and future impacts of decisions, you will evaluate alternatives and find solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.
People Leadership – Putting your leadership skills to work you will create an environment that provides mentoring, coaching and direction for team members. You will motivate personnel through positive support, reward, and reinforcement. Encouraging participation, initiative, creativity, and ownership, you will provide as much job autonomy as possible.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma / GED
Must have extensive SharePoint knowledge in order to develop and maintain the website
Experience with the design and development of Tableau dashboards
Strong understanding of technologies with focus on communication/retail vehicles (i.e. Stay in Front, internet/web site support and production & mobile technology).
Must have ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and drive alignment across key stakeholders.
Significant IT, Project Management, or Sales experience.
Proven efficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent presentation, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments.
Ability to communicate and implement technical processes
People Management Experience
Project Management (PMP) Certification
This position will work out of our World Headquarters location in Battle Creek, MI.
