HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Commercial Strategy -In this role you’ll work with Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Customer Strategy, and Brand / Category partners to develop Commercial Plans for designated Categories, Brands and Channels for in market activation. We’re looking to you to address risks and opportunities to enable the delivery of Net Sales, Sales Contribution and Market Share objectives.
Business Insights - You will proactively track, analyze and make strategic and tactical recommendations behind program results. It will be necessary for you to provide perspective and solutions to the marketplace. By sharing achievements and best practices cross category and cross functionally as they relate to events you will help to set others up for success.
Project Management - Putting your project management skills to work you will frequently lead key Multifunctional Projects which will drive Sales and Business Unit objectives. You will be accountable for chartering new projects, upon demand.
Trade Strategy - In this position you will utilize RGM learnings to develop and deploy strategic trade plans to drive core distribution gains.
Budget Management – You will support the management of program / initiative budgets to successfully ensure appropriate Return On Investment (ROI) measures at met.
Owner’s Mindset – in this role you’ll need to have an owner’s mindset – bring your entrepreneurial spirit to the Natural & Organic Category!
YOURRECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma or GED
Effective analytical,organizational and time management skills
Analytical skills:the ability to review/interpret Nielson Data, SAP and Market Research
Ability to managemultiple projects and deadlines, specific time constraints and conflictingpriorities.Must be able toprioritize projects within heavy workload periods
Incumbent will berequired to frequently work in dynamic, short time-lined situations
Strong Verbal andWritten Communication skills
Strong skills in Excel/ Microsoft Office applications.
The ability towork with many people at varied levels of experience and authority
Frequent travel maybe required for this position
Must have theability to work in conditions that include multiple and sometimesconflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific timeconstraints
Ability to lead,align, manage resolve conflict, and work in an ever changing environment

The ideal candidate will reside in either the Solana Beach, CA or Battle Creek, MI areas and will work daily from our local office locations.
A flexible work schedule and the ability to travel up to 10% of the time. This may vary depending on location of residency.
