  • Price / Promotion Insights – Building and delivering price & promotion insights you will work to develop best practices. Leveraging price and promotion tools (KPEL, price elasticity & custom models, smart trade) you will use these resources to answer business questions; efficient pricing and promotion strategies. Balancing pricing and trade investment, your goal is to optimize sales and Return On Investment.

  • Account Support - Collaborating with the accounts you will develop guidelines and re-plan promotions, as necessary. Working closely with accounts and central functions you will collect all the required data (promotions, consumption, cost, etc.). Building fact based sell-in material will be key in enhancing retailer partnership and credibility. Training account teams on how to use Excel based trade post event tools is an important aspect of this position.

  • Business Analytics – Your analytical mindset will serve you well as you provide insights and analytics for Price Pack Architecture. You will examine the impact of customer trends and overall macro-economic trends on price, promotions and trade. Running standard analytics and developing key insights you will share insights with the Account team

  • Budgeting – Partnering with the Frozen Breakfast finance lead, you will own the development of annual budgeting of Gross Sales Volume, Trade and Sales Contribution Margin at Category and Channel Level. You’ll also own the development of PPA, pricing and promotional strategies and guardrails and work closely with Customer Investment on review and approval of activity outside budget or guidelines.



  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Experience applying analytical tools to business problems

  • Ability to understand and explain complex methodologies and outcomes in ways customers can apply

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with all levels of management and employees

  • Strong presentation and communication skills including experience presenting to senior management is required

  • Excellent project and time management skills are essential

  • Expert knowledge of economic/financial concepts (e.g. price elasticity, pricing thresholds, trade rate, net sales, gross profit)

  • Strong understand of Microsoft Office (Power Point and Excel)

  • Strong understanding of IRI / AC Nielsen scanner data in a CPG environment

  • Strong understanding of POS data

Bonus Points:

  • BA/BS degree or Advanced Degree(Masters)

  • Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Business Warehouse (BW) Systems Experience

  • Experience with Category Management, Sales or Sales enabling functions

  • Experience working in a matrix environment

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and VBA
