HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Leading the KUSA Customer Strategy team - You’ll be driving Optimal AMPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing/Promotion and Shelving) performance visibility and execution
Annual Planning - You’ll be working with Commercial teams to inform development of annual commercial business plans to deliver financial and in market commitments. You’ll also be leading the translation of channel directives to Customer Level AMPS Directives aligned to deliver customer GSV, NSV and Contribution targets and track progress with customer teams throughout the year to ensure success
Customer Supply Management - You’ll be directing the Voice of Sales in Weekly S&OE decision and lead team with decision rights to Kellogg USA supply decisions based on established Customer prioritization. You’ll also be leading coordination with Supply Chain and Demand Planning partners to develop action plans to address national product risk/constraints. You’ll also be establishing/maintaining protocol for incremental food requests and integration into the Kellogg Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
One Voice - You’ll be leading the Sales Operations Team with focus on Kellogg One Voice Policy Development, Deployment and Governance/compliance. You’ll also be directing all corporate branding to the market via Kellogg One Voice initiative presentations, Ingredients for Growth JBP platforms, Top-to-Top Customer Meetings, Industry Events/ conference/ thought leadership panels to ensure executional excellence
Customer Engagement - You’ll be driving the One Voice Ingredients for Growth Customer Engagement platform through collaborating with customer teams to identify long term strategic growth pillars and enable fully supported action plans and programs to unlock the Power of K to long term growth realization and elevation of Kellogg’s leadership position in the industry
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Extensive experience with sales strategy development and customer engagement
Previous track record of exceptional leadership and results in a sales organization
Strong organizational, presentation and written and verbal communication skills
Strong background in the areas of customer collaboration, marketing, sales strategy, and multifunctional project work
Ability to work with many people at varied levels of experience and authority
- Experience in the consumer goods industry
