HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Merger & Acquisition Activities - You’ll build complex financial models for merger, acquisition, divestiture and joint-venture activities, and own the process for key factors like business forecast, synergies, investment returns, earnings per share. The Sr. Manager supports the Vice President of Corporate Development and Kellogg senior leadership in business deals.
Forecasting Activities - Assisting with the development of business forecasts for acquisition targets. With each new acquisition opportunity, build new functionality into the standard acquisition modeling tools to enable continuous improvement. While you’re doing this, you’ll ensure that the latest tax and accounting regulations are built into the standard models

MBA from a top-tier business school
Extensive related experience in roles demonstrating strong financial, business and analytic skills and acumen
Advanced MS Office skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong leadership skills
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Advanced attention to detail
- Prior experience in corporate development, banking or strategic consulting
