  • Project Management - Leading key Kellogg USA multifunctional projects, you will drive achievement of Sales and Business Unit objectives. You will charter new projects as need dictates.

  • Field Sales Collaboration – Serving as a liaison between field sales functions and headquarter partners you will provide a better understanding of mutual needs. You will provide leadership that delivers upon Field Sales and customer needs.

  • Sales Execution – You will drive an end-end planning mindset with the Business Units. Representing field sales you will work to ensure that all headquarter driven policies and programs are executable with our customers. Ensuring delivery of comprehensive Business Unit plans to the field via the Customer Business Plan and other methods will be an important piece of your responsibility.

  • Internal Alignment – Collaborating across channels and functions you will work to ensure a focused delivery of Kellogg objectives and priorities. Ensuring proper engagement of key stakeholders for alignment towards common goals will be key to your success.

  • Communication - Aligning communication processes across business units and functions is imperative in providing clear and concise direction and messaging to Field Sales. You will provide continuous process improvement for consistent and effective communication both internally and externally.



  • Significant Customer Sales and/or Customer Marketing experience

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines

  • Strong organization

  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications

  • The ability to work and drive alignment across multiple teams and functions

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience utilizing SAP, Business Warehouse, and Nielson data
