HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Customer Focus – Our Customers and the Field Sales team will rely on you to represent them and serve as their voice to several headquarter functions. You will ensure policies and programs are executable and will lead discussions of goals and strategies.

  • Business Insights – You will proactively track, analyze and make strategic and tactical recommendations behind program results. It will be necessary for you to provide perspective and solutions to the marketplace. By sharing achievements or best practices as they relate to events you will help to set others up for success.

  • Internal Optimization - Driving a strong alignment and partnership with sales team will be key to your success. It is important to be inclusive of both the account managers and the execution leads to understand needs, timing, distribution, execution & support plans, etc. You will frequently monitor and drive visibility on all Product Work Requests (PWR).

  • Trade Strategy - In this position, you will manage and align on overall Trade Investment in a transparent manner. You will lead the development of trade plans to drive core distribution gains.

  • Project Management – Putting your project management skills to work you will frequently lead key Multifunctional Projects, which will drive Sales and Business Unit objectives. You will be accountable for chartering new projects, upon demand.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma / GED

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners

  • Strong background in the areas of field sales and multifunctional project work.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines, specific time constraints and conflicting priorities. Must be able to prioritize projects within heavy workload periods

  • This position requires the incumbent to frequently work in dynamic, short time-lined situations that require working extended hours

  • Strong organizational, presentation and written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Analytical skills: the ability to interpret Neilson Data, SAP, Business Warehouse and Market Research

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications

  • The ability to work with many people at varied levels of experience and authority.

  • Ability to work in conditions, which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints. Frequent travel is a requirement of this position
