We have an opening for you to grow with us as Sr. IT Project Portfolio Manager in Oak Brook, IL or Battle Creek, MI. This critical role will work with a progressive, dynamic group of professionals, and will utilize different technical competencies.


  • Driving best practices and Portfolio execution excellence - Drive portfolio management best practices and standards that will improve productivity, investment decision making and realize targeted business outcomes. Collaborate with the business to deliver functional and enterprise level capabilities and ensure they align to the projects supporting their portfolio. Manage monthly updating of project budgets and provide communications on portfolio budget performance and risks. Govern IT Portfolios to ensure they meet their planned objectives and value.

  • Resource and demand management - Manage the intake and demand management function while maintain the capital and expense budgets across the program portfolio. Manage demand and resource capacity information that is critical for maintenance of the Portfolios and work with resource managers to develop, refine, and maintain accurate workload allocations.

  • Dashboards and status updates - Develop a set of executive and portfolio related dashboards to communicate up and down the organization the status of the program portfolio. Review, track and monitor the benefits realization plans within the portfolios.



  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Extensive experience in program, project, and portfolio management including experience with the functions within program and portfolio management such as budget management, resource management, demand planning and change management

  • Experience with delivery methodologies and tools

  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentations

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL or Six Sigma
