  • Analysis : Your drive for success will be instrumental as you’ll provide analytical support to both the North American and Global Total Rewards teams. Hope you’re seeking a career building challenge, as this work will give you experience in multiple areas of total rewards including global recognition programs executive compensation, broad-based compensation, retirement benefits, and healthcare benefits.

  • Financial Budgeting : Flex your Microsoft Excel and project management skills keeping the team organized to deliver our financial budget. Leading regular financial reviews, processing invoices, and identifying financial and process improvements are all skills you will gain expertise in.

  • Administrative Support : Reporting to the Vice President, Global Total Rewards, you will use your strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain electronic files, maintain calendar, format presentations, assist in the development of communication materials, etc.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, with demonstrated ability to create Excel spreadsheets and manipulate data, Word documents, and prepare PowerPoint presentations.

  • Understanding of basic financial concepts.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills – with demonstrated ability to exercise good judgement, use discretion, maintain confidentiality, and to communicate with tact and diplomacy with all levels of leadership.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be self-starter and take initiative with the ability work independently with minimal supervision.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • Demonstrated project-based analytical experience.

  • Demonstrated skill in manipulating raw data and arriving at value-added conclusions.
