Kellogg Total Rewards Communications Consultant in BATTLE CREEK, Michigan

As a Total Rewards Communications Consultant, you will bring to life compensation and benefit programs and policy changes that enrich our employees and their experiences at work. You’ll lead the development of communication and change management plans that prepare the team, managers, and employees for maximum effectiveness.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Communications and Change Management - Partner with the Total Rewards and Global Business Services teams to identify and coordinate development of annual calendar of Total Rewards communications needed to support ongoing activities (such as annual compensation planning and annual enrollment)

  • Plan and Coordinate Employee Learning Events - Work with Kellogg internal communications to determine appropriate channels for messaging distribution, collect input on content and design, and align scheduling of communications with HR and Kellogg event calendars

  • Create Communications Materials - Work with Kellogg health and retirement vendors to coordinate and develop content for print and online communications ensuring alignment with the Kellogg Total Health philosophy and design. Collaborate with third party consultant to develop content, coordinate design, and execute print and online communications in support of Total Health campaign including a quarterly newsletter, two online benefit portals

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills

  • Experience managing projects

  • Flexibility to respond to changing priorities andaccommodate extended hours and out of town travel as needed

BonusPoints:

  • Graphic Design experience

  • Experience working in compensation, benefits, or otherareas of Total Rewards
