Kellogg Operations Coordinator in BOTANY, Australia

We continue to innovate and stay close to our customers to remain on top of the game!

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator is a critical support role with a variety of responsibilities that focus on the production needs of the shift.

Keyresponsibilities include:

  • Commence the shift with the observation walkthrough, ensuring all safety, quality and sanitation standards are met andresolve any issues that arise

  • Facilitate both the shift & dailymanagement food review and supporting any corrective actions for productdefects

  • Work closely with the quality team to ensurere-work measures are producing the right outcome

  • Support & verify housekeeping and cleaningactivities during the shift

  • Review the daily data being recorded inproduction log books used in manufacturing for compliance

  • Assist with management of food safetyincidence and adverse events

  • Support the Operations Manager with thefacilitation of compliance training programs

Skills,experience & attributes sought:

  • Degree ordiploma qualification in either Food Technology, Supply Chain, Quality orBusiness

  • Previousworking experience in a factory environment – preference for food manufacturing

  • Strongverbal and written communication skills

  • Pro-active,problem solving and results oriented

  • Team playerwith a strong ability to work as part of a multi-functional team to achievegoals/outcomes

This roleinvolves shift work 7:00am – 7:00pm or 7:00pm – 7:00am on a rolling shift basis(7 day fortnight (day), 4 nights on/off (night) which will involve workingweekends and public holidays.
