The job holder is mainly responsible for the following:

  • Ensure quality reporting on monthly sales figures (20%):

  • Request and collect the monthly sales figures from the countries

  • Establish contact by email or by phone with the countries to remind them to send their monthly results if necessary

  • Ensure the figures are accurate, reliable and relevant

  • Complete the monthly sales report with the figures received and send it to the customer(s)

  • Understand the trends and fluctuations in the results from one month to another

  • Assist with the preparation of customer visits (15%):

  • Update the customers and countries’ results and best estimate for the full year

  • Update the market data per customer and country

  • Get feedback from the countries in order to understand any problem or trend

  • Prepare the presentations for the customers’ meeting

  • Create visibility on contract compliance via score carding (20%):

  • 120+ scorecards to date

  • Compliance of the international contract

  • Compliance of the counterparts agreed locally

  • Have visibility and be aware if international support is needed locally

  • Support the sales team with ad hoc analysis amongst which (35%):

  • ROI

  • Pricing

  • Market share

  • BW reports

  • New initiatives

  • New customers

  • Data sharing:

  • Extract the raw data from the customer’s systems (Carrefour, Dia, Auchan)

  • Create reports thanks to the access database

  • Analyse the data and send a summary to the countries

  • Generate the correction files and send them to the countries

  • When the countries have modified the correction files with the correct information, update it in the product dictionary

  • Upload the updated product dictionary to the customer’s system

  • Ensure smooth communication with local countries (10%):

  • Ensure the requests are understood well and completed

  • Check regularly that everything is running smoothly at local level and flag it if help needed



As well as the hunger to learn and the passion for our brands, you'll need to demonstrate the following:

  • Good in communication, able to build trust through keeping commitments and the ability to get others on board to deliver the agenda

  • Well organized, can set priorities to cope with multi-functional tasks, heavy workload and stick to deadlines

  • A certain level of autonomy is required as team members are travelling and not always available

  • Motivation to work above the standard working hours

  • English language ability is a must, French is a significant asset, Spanish and/or German is a plus

  • Good analytical skills, strong at Excel; Access data base skills are a plus.
