Grow with us by providing HR generalist support and services to employees for your assigned region and serving as a first point of contact with a high customer quality standard.
WHAT WILLI BE DOING
Provides first level HRgeneralist advice, guidance and support to HR and the business in allemployee matters in accordance with Kellogg requirements.
May owns one or severalregional HR processes, and may acts as a coach for other GBS generalistson those processes.
Escalates case files to theGBS HR Specialists if exceptions to policy or special treatment is neededand reports any outstanding HR process issue to the GBS Generalist SeniorAssociate.
Manages and coordinatesrecruitment of open roles, both internally and externally, for thespecific locations, including posting of roles, direct sourcing, screeningof applicants, scheduling of interviews, in partnership with hiringmanager.
Supports On-boarding andLearning & Development through maintaining the training calendar,organizing logistics, including identifying trainers and attendees.
Supports leave and absenceprocesses for the specific locations.
Ensures the accurate andtimely execution of life events and status changes transactions in thesystem, particularly in relation to hiring, leave and absence management,exit management and retirement.
Responsible for ensuringthat Success Factors Employee Central is maintained and updated andproducing all relevant SF reports as required.
Ensures that the GBS HRprocedures are updated with information on new HR products, practices,legislation, and regulations – for the GBS and HR teams as well as foremployees and managers.
Manages day-to-day vendoractivities (e.g., addressing issues, providing data, following up onactions needed, compliance checks.)
Supports the promotion ofstandardized processes across business units and keep track of agreedSLAs.
Collect HR compliancepaperwork/documentation, perform related administration and digitize and storedocumentation.
Supports the monitoring ofcustomer satisfaction and identify where problems exist/improvements canbe made

Experience working toservice level agreements in a customer driven environment
Experience at largemulti-national consumer packaged goods company
Experience with HR Software,in particular Success Factors, and case management tools, e.g. Enwisen
Experience in general HRadministration with an understanding of European HR practices andpolices
