As our Senior Supply Planning Manager supporting the European markets, you’ll lead and develop the performance of the supply planning team in Bucharest. You’ll be a partner to our Cereal and Snacks business, so you’ll love our brands and food as well.

As a leader of the team, you’ll assign the resources needed to ensure supply and demand activities continually enable the agreed plans for the business. It’s about Playing to Win.


  • Continual Partnership – You’ll be a key figure in the Cereal and Snacks category integrated planning teams and ensure alignment with everyone; business and GBS side. Let’s achieve together!

  • Deliver Process to the Business – Your influence with the category teams will enable the GBS supply planning teams to continue to deliver the standard planning process. Their success is shaped by you.

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)

  • Significant managerial experience, functional service/project experience, or outsourcing management experience

  • Expertise in Demand or Supply Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office

  • Experience in shared service, process driven or service center in multinational companies

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally

  • Processed and packaged foods industry experience

  • Full proficiency in a second European language

  • Experience in utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology
