Our GBS Service Centre for Europe is located at Floreasca Business Centre (adjacent to Aurel Vlaicu Metro) and now we want you to join us as we continue our growth in Romania.
Grow with us and act as a key link between Finance and Operations by providing insight and visibility to the Plant Finance team on day to day operations and issues. You will be supporting the Finance Business Partner & GBS team with month end preparation & periodic reporting.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As Finance Analyst, you will be part of our success by:
Providing insight & visibility to Finance Business Partner, Finance Manager & GBS contacts on day to day issues
Reviewing daily variance analysis and proactively work with Operations team to develop corrective actions to address and escalate where appropriate
Developing costing assumptions for Innovation at key stage gates
Resolving varianceson stock counts and ensuring documentation is up to date according to S404 policy
Partnering with Regional GBS resource to ensure accurate & timely periodic and ad-hoc reporting
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
University Degree in Finance/Business-Related field +2/3 years of related work experience;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Access and deep Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills and attention to detail;
Experience of working in a fast paced, cross functional environment with tight turnaround times for deliverables;
Travel mobility required;
Fluent English- verbal and written.
Proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP);
Knowledge of Anaplan would be an advantage;
Experience of working effectively in a virtual/multi-cultural team environment;
Experience of working in a Commercial environment preferably for an FMCG.

May be required to work an alternative schedule to support different time zones
