As our Supply Planning Manager supporting our European markets, you’ll manage the performance of the supply planning team in Bucharest. You’ll be covering short term planning process and 3rd Party Supply and Inventory. Does this bring out the Tiger in you?
You’ll partner the Cereal and Snacks Category teams and collaborate with a diverse group of individuals to deliver the best possible service with the lowest cash impact. We believe in the power of people – you can play a large part in that.
Managing a team, you’ll ensure the Kellogg Supply Chain Strategy and Direction is understood and delivered with excellence by the team. You’ll bring out the best in them, and in return they’ll ensure the Supply Planning Process is outstanding. It’s up to you.

Resource Allocation – Delivery on the agreed plans is integral to the process. Therefore, you’ll ensure all supply planning activities are covered and have enough capability behind them to succeed. Let’s achieve together!
Accelerate the Process – The GBS Supply Planning team will look for your guidance on escalations in an efficient and quality manner, so you’ll own that process and influence the business to drive it forward. The simpler the better.
Live and Breathe Success – The contributions you bring to the Supply Chain KPIs will drive a community of success against Service Level Agreements, because you want to make things happen.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)
Managerial experience and functional service/project experience
Expertise in Supply Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office
Experience working in a data driven process or service center environment, with time pressure and priorities to be balanced
Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
Processed and packaged foods industry experience
Full proficiency in a second European language
Experience in utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology
