WHAT WILLI BE DOING?
In this role, you will be part of our success by:
Understandsregional and local strategies to build Business unit category/Retail strategy& plan
UnderstandsShopper, category Behaviors and Drivers
Definelocal Brand & Product line 5P’s
Develop& implement consumer grid for Key Brands
Leadscommunication plan, collaborating with ATL, BTL and PR agencies to buildrole-model plans.
Keyrole on sending input to demand/production planning.
Developing,executing and implementing key marketing and portfolio initiatives.
BrandBuilding & Trade Marketing budget management.
KPIsanalysis and collaboration with key multifunctional teams to understandperformance, build plans proposals and implement them.
Continuouslyevaluate brand / portfolio opportunities.
Supportinnovation plan and build introduction plans.
FinancialProficiency, brand financial management ensuring sustainable business growth.Understands financial strategy and planning process.
AppliesROI mindset in making and evaluating decisions
PresentingCommercial Business strategies and activities to Senior Management for reviewand direction setting.
Planon detail execution of shopper platforms
Developcommercial calendar by RE
Partnerwith sales in customer engagement
Representcustomer marketing as part of the multidisciplinary team in front of customers
Workclosely with sales to ensure execution of plans with customers resulting indesired in-store activation
Leadinputs of customers and RE trends and initiatives on IBP process
Leadthe readiness of main commercial initiatives
Ensuretrade investments effectiveness
Establisha clear Picture of Success by banner, ensuring the shopper experience isexecuted with excellence
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in it, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Fluent in English language (oral and written) and IT skills
Previous experience in Marketing and Customer Marketing
Previous experience in Shopper Marketing
Sales oriented and good communicator to build strong relationship and engage in a co-creation with Customer Development teams
High flexibility and good capability to deal with/in changing environment
Master Degree preferably in Marketing /Business or related discipline
Previous experience in consumer or food companies
