to maximize the quality coverage, POS execution for the Key Modern Trade channel customers, increasing demand for our brands, leading categories development and driving growth through a comprehensive RTM Strategy and JBP planning and implementation.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

In your role as a Key Account Executive at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

  • Deploy MIBA and BAE plans, to assure Volume, Net sales, Gross margin, Accounts receivable and KPIs.

  • Drive sales execution, assuring the 5Ps in the account with and effective and efficient use of resources

  • Allocate objectives and resources by account. Generates demand visibility adjusting forecast sales per SKU and the level of investment and their accounts. Encourage communication, alignment, customer engagement and teamwork.

  • Validate the scope of negotiations with clients. Take the process of negotiating with clients and with the customers when required

  • Perform business reviews to ensure compliance with the plan and make the necessary adjustments.

  • Generate visibility on the changes and their implications in terms of demand, investment and sales cycle. Generate additional options.

  • Monitor the P&L and KPI’s of its accounts. Check, edit, adjusts the results of the account group in charge. Gives monitoring and control to the OVH.

  • Multifunctional scope in order to work with all the key areas (Finance, Logistic, Demand, Marketing, Customer Marketing) in order to ensure the proper JPB execution

WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?

As well as a hunger to learn and succeed, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or similar

  • Previous experience in Sales or Commercial area

  • Valid driver's license

  • Manual transmission (standard) car driving experience

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with both the internal and external customers

  • Must be highly skilled in computer and software applications, which are critical in order to effectively, execute the job. i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SAP

  • Must have the highest organizational skills and be totally self-sustained in order to effectively work remotely while traveling and / or from a home office
