As an Account Executive, Regional Accounts in Vending, you’ll be the face of Kellogg, and will be responsible for the achievement of territory sales budget to positively impact the region performance. We’re looking for someone in this role who can Snap, Crackle and SELL, executing a sales plan that achieves territory budget by optimizing core item placements, innovation, promotional programs, and trade ROI. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma/GED
Strong sales and relationship management skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and analyze and interpret data
Solid analytical abilities, high level of results orientation, leadership and time management
CPG industry experience
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office applications
The ability to travel up to 70% of the time
Motor vehicle history with 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months
The ideal candidate will reside in the Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL area and work from their home-based office when not on customer calls
Bachelor’s degree in an area such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
3+ years’ experience in successful field based sales, sales management or account management
Experience selling to large national corporate customers
Knowledge of IRI, SAP, Salesforce.com

The Account Executive, Regional Accounts must be able to work autonomously in conditions, which include travel, extensive customer contacts and extended work schedules in the Southeast Region of the United States, and must live near a major airport.
This position provides participation in the Kellogg Auto Reimbursement program.
The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
