HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Coordinating is Key - creating and adjusting schedules for employees to prepare the plant to be audit ready every day (be on your toes!)
Going the Distance - assuring cleaning procedures are maintained and updated and conducting plant wide and departmental mandated training
A People Person – you will interact with various personalities from hourl employees up to plant directors
Meeting the Schedule - planning cleaning schedules and proper allocation of resources (labor, supplies, equipment and time) while planning and executing for successful changeovers, sanitation weekends and daily activities.
Detail Oriented - conducting daily inspections of tasks assigned to employees, good manufacturing practices, health checks, safety inspections and food safety audits
We know you can juggle… - you’ll be working on multiple long term projects while managing daily activities, but we know multitasking is a strength of yours
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma
GED plus demonstrated Sanitation and supervisory/management experience
Knowledge of chemical usage and safety
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong problem solving ability
Ability to influence and work with high performance teams
Understanding of general industrial safety requirements
Bachelor's degree and Sanitation experience in a food processing facility
Food industry experience
Integrated Pest Managment experience
