Kellogg’s Deploy for Growth Strategy is anchored, in part, in the delivery of Perfect Service, Perfect Store (PSPS), one of its key “boosters.” The Global Leader of the High Frequency Stores Channel joins the Global Growth Team to shape Kellogg’s Go-to-Market and Perfect Service Perfect Store strategy in this critical Channel. This role will act as a Center of Excellence, driving insight into growth by unlocking occasion understanding and development of a suit of tools across the Globe shaping a forward looking strategy, and driving executional excellence through the Look of Success.
Working closely with the Revenue Growth Management Team and Customer Engagement Senior Director success will be measured through improving Net Price Realization with clear brand/pack strategies for each market.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Collaborate with Insights to gain access to consistent outlet universe information across High Frequency Stores by market to determine universe size, critical decision trees in cost to serve trade-offs and sales service expansion. Modelling Distributor vs. internal sales service and how each will be optimized
Develop global channel strategy as part of “winning portfolio” – define size, growth rate and potential profit pools of each HFS channel; drive fact base and process to collaborate with regions to prioritize channel development as needed
Collaborate with Global Commercial leadership network to deliver PSPS toolkit for RE/channels, playbooks, guidelines, benchmarks and self-administered tools
Work to embed trainings/events with the Commercial Capability and Communications
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Significant commercial experience in sale leadership, commercial finance, and/or category management, or equivalent experience in very hands-on consulting project work focused on Sales Strategy, Key Account Strategy, or Key Account and Field Sales Capability Building
Direct experience in Modern Trade environments
Comfortable speaking and facilitating in front of large groups
Demonstrated skills interacting and collaborating at executive levels and evidence of ability to influence and communicate effectively across all level within an organization
Experience building commercial capabilities in their past leadership positions and those with experience across more than one retail environment (e.g., HFS, Large Grocery/Mass, Foodservice/Distribution)
Experience working in a global environment that encompasses emerging and developed markets
Familiarity with occasion-based pack price architecture

Travel for this role is approximately 40%; primarily domestic travel.
