HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Thought Leadership – Identifying and integrating leading edge Category Tools & Processes will be critical as you drive thought leadership and effective customer partnerships.
Process Development - Consulting with the various functional groups you will develop standard procedures for effective data usage. This will include:
Training Kellogg personnel on the procedures, reporting tools and systems.
Integrating a broad range of ideas regarding team needs and system requirements.
World Class Performance - Sharing best practices with all members of the Kroger Kellogg team your goal will be achieving a world-class, high performing organization. You will utilize primary system applications including demand signal repositories, a demand-driven forecasting program, user-customized dashboards, & daily performance scorecards.
Technical Solutions – You will align with the resources that maintain the Kroger Team’s technical architecture that provides information solutions. This position manages the day-to-day Vendor, Headquarters, IT and Kroger team relationship relating to data and infrastructure.
Customer Interaction – Collaborating with customer teams together you will identify areas to accelerate the automation of key reports to enable efficiency and increase sales team members’ capability to perform value-added work.
Strategic Partnerships – Working closely with cross functional partners you will develop relationships and information sharing partnerships with Category Management, Sales, Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Shopper Insights and Shopper Marketing.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma / GED
Significant related experience, as well as coordinating projects cross functionally
Experienced using database software and programming
Proficient in POS, Shopper Card or Syndicated data
Knowledge and use of business performance indicators
Proven efficiency working in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent presentation, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in Category Management and / or Business Solutions
High level of strategic thought leadership and customer collaboration
Knowledge and use of JDA and / or Apollo, Category Management tools
Ability to train others
Ability to influence the organization and the customer regarding Kellogg strategy and execution
The ideal candidate will reside in the Cincinnati, OH metro area and will work daily from our local office location in Loveland.
A flexible work schedule and the ability to travel up to 20% of the time
This position provides participation in the Kellogg Auto Reimbursement Program.
