HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Maximize Business Plans - Partner with Account Executives to fully leverage the Customer Marketing initiatives. As well as Assist AE Team with developing all promotional (incremental) promotions within company guidelines/ TPM promoted pricing guardrails. You’ll also be identifying programming via TPM/ Insights, RGM, internal reporting, ROI Tools, Promo Pricing Models, and syndicated data.
Analyzing Data - Evaluate brand promotions and spend, as well as P&L key metrics for sales volume and contribution margin. You will also analyze Nielsen data. Are you intrigued yet?
Providing Insights on TPM - You’ll be the expert when it comes to Trade Promotion Management. You will advise Sales Planning Team and Field Sales Team members on recent system updates, changes, and new system processes. While you’re at it, you’ll investigate all TPM reporting and/ or TPM system related issues—ensuring updates and resolutions are provided in a timely manner.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Demonstrated analytical work experience
Proven ability to communicate complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally
Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraint
Proven efficiency working in Microsoft Excel
Previous sales and/or analytical experience
Technical ability in TPM
Experience working with Nielsen, Business Warehouse Reporting, SAP
Firm understanding of promotional methodology and management
