HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As the DeliveryController, Continental Europe, you will deliver exceptional results by:
Driving business decision by providing solid financial assessmentswhich impact KSOP cycle, including go to market projects, changes in tradepressure, mix management.
Clearly communicate and manage towards delivery of goals by localmarket (Volume, Net Sales Value and local A&P), liaise closely withlocal markets to develop business plans (initiatives, learning, growth,pricing, etc.), and provide visibility to local markets on medium/longerterm brand/category plans.
Support Central Revenue Management in assessing financial impact ofpricing initiatives.
Assess alternative business investment options based on short andmid-term return on investment. Communication on decision that impactmultiple Markets.
Lead the financial support of decisions impacting internationalcustomer agreements for the category, as well as supporting projects onnew channel expansion.
Partner with the Continental Europe Finance Director to providefinancial leadership and management to a local Market.
Lead the evaluation of the Category KSOP & Outlook processes forthe Continental European Markets, ensuring constant focus of organizationon management of Risks and implementation of Opportunities to ensuredelivery of financial targets, driving financial remediation, contingencyplans, and continuously improving forecast accuracy.
Lead competitive analysis projects – with specific regards onpricing and go to market trends.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Educated to degree level, fully qualified Finance/Accountancy qualification and minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
Good knowledge of financial processes, including planning and analysis. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and procedures. Strong understanding of P&L and BS.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. Requires high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BPC Consolidations.
Great influencing, analytical and leadership skills.
High degree of attention to detail
Strong communication skills: ability to work well with others in a team environment, work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and develop relationship at multiple levels.
Previous experience supporting a Senior Finance Team
