HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role you will be:

  • Responsible for developing a project portfolio of Distribution improvement projects that help deliver company’s objectives regarding Distribution cost and service

  • Accountable for project management, identifying critical path items for the business organizations and providing visibility and status updates to Senior BU Leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective governance routines, project planning methodology and management systems are in place across all areas for selected scope

  • Manages cost, schedule, scope control, change management and performance for the projects

  • Works with functional/category leads and cross functional representatives to track completion of release plan items and risks/ issues

  • Responsible for delivering the business case, project KPI’s and safeguarding performance

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required Education and Experience

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

  • Language skills - English (Required); Second Language (Preferred)

  • Proficient knowledge of a project Manager

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s Level University Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

  • Training and certification on Six Sigma or LEAN, or similar quality management experience

  • Experience of working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally

  • CPG industry work experience

  • Project Management
