Kellogg End to End Performance Manager in DUBLIN, Ireland

Position – End to End Transport Performance Manager

Location –Dublin Airport Central

The primary function of this role is to improve transportation capability through the ownership of cost performance and analytics and reporting, and through driving end to end continuous improvement projects

  • Control end to end reporting of Transportation service levels and cost performance

  • Critically analyze Transportation data to drive continuous improvement

  • Own the pipeline of Transportation continuous improvement projects

  • Direct and lead the end to end performance team to deliver against Transportation objectives and goals

  • Responsible for recruitment, selection, evaluation and development of end to end transportation performance

  • Own best practice within E2E Performance team

  • Acts as a business owner and a change leader

  • Acts decisively and engages effectively with key stakeholders

  • Grows and develops the KEU E2E Performance team

  • Effectively leads the KEU E2E Performance team to deliver excellence in execution

  • Skills to effectively communicate to all levels demonstrating expertise, professionalism and confidence

  • Ability to resolve complex issues and problem solve effectively

  • It is essential that all applicants must be fluent in local language

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably inManagement, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

  • Language skills - English (Required); SecondLanguage (Preferred)

  • Proficient knowledge of a Transport ManagementSystem

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Financially fluent with transportation costsand reporting

  • Understanding of transportation rules andregulations; standard processes and business policies

Preferred Criteria

  • Master’s Level University Degree in Management,Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

  • Training and certification on Six Sigma orLEAN, or similar quality management experience

  • Experience of working for a multinationalorganization and working with colleagues internationally

  • CPG industry work experience

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) andMicrosoft Office

Relationships in this role

  • Reports to the KEU Transport Director

  • Leads KEU E2E Performance team

  • Peer Relationships – senior transport managers, customer integration managers,supply planning managers, distribution managers and finance managers, co-manmanagers, data analytics team, IT, procurement team

  • Other relationships – Logistics director, Transporeon account manager,other external providers (e.g. SAP)
