JOB SUMMARY

In our Cereal Headquarters in Dublin, your role will be to work with our agencies and internal teams to develop the digital strategy and content for some of our huge Kellogg's Cereal brands across Europe.

As a digital specialist for Cereal brands, you will drive forward Kellogg's Cereal brands digitally to ensure we maintain relevance to consumers. You will champion the use of digital content, harness the power of technology, and embed the use of data to grow our brands.

You will also oversee flawless delivery and brilliant execution of the digital projects you work on ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to required quality standards. You will internally be closely working with Brand Marketing, Experience Planning, Marketing Operations and Activation teams to create activities to drive our business forward.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Work with agencies and Kellogg experience planner to develop plans that are innovative and ambitious in the experiences we create for our consumers

  • Analyse the tactics we develop to deliver planned consumer experience

  • Works with agencies on creative development of content based on experience plans to ensure best fit for the medium and overall consumer experience.

  • Assessment of digital content for proposed channels ensuring they are in line with the planned roles and messaging

  • Work with our digital specialist in different countries to ensure they input elements to optimise our plan for local market cultures.

  • Partner with the brand managers to sign off digital content prior to production

  • Manages digital elements of production – website builds, influencer content production, tech builds (games, chatbot, etc.), social content (or adapt of broadcast content for social)

  • Develop local market moderation playbook with agency

  • Oversight of real time content and optimization working with our market social moderators as well as media teams to assess performance of running content and recommend any optimisations

  • Assess any proposals for real time content production and manage its production where required

  • Ensure measures for success are defined prior to any digital work being commissioned and that reporting in line with global digital measurement, is provided to key stakeholders at the appropriate time.

  • Collate campaign performance reports and ensure this information is shared across wider teams so we continually learn and optimize our future campaigns

  • Collates post campaign content effectiveness learnings for subsequent activity

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Educated to degree level / business school graduate, or equivalent, with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in digital strategy and development within an agency or marketing organisation

  • Work well as part of a team, with the capability to manage with influence at all levels, and can build strong relationships with agency partners and marketing teams within Europe.

  • Strong intercultural awareness and the ability to build “long distance” relationships is essential.

Role Dimensions

Working directly in a digital team of 3 people in Dublin within a broader team covering media, content and advertising production. You will be in direct contact with a considerably broader team across EMEA as well as being an integral part of the individual brand teams
