HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
In this role you will bring the voice of the consumer into Kellogg’s Category Team, to ensure we create Brand and Innovation activity that meets consumer needs and keeps Kellogg’s relevant for the longer term.
You will specifically to deliver end-to-end consumer and shopper insight and data to our Brand, Innovation and RQNT teams and partner with them to ensure we are building consumer & shopper driven plans.
For a specific part of the Kellogg’s/Pringles Portfolio:
Be a Business Partner to the Category Marketing Teams to deliver insight-driven Brand plans e.g. Working with and summarising in-market data (IRI/Kantar), Brand Equity Tracking data, Occasions Tracking data, ad-hoc qual & quant insight and local market insight to create clear direction on performance and inspire new opportunities
Deliver the Innovation insight and research required to:
Identify white spaces and opportunities for innovation on our brands
Deliver the right level of consumer research to guide and optimise development of innovation through the Stage Gate process
Deliver the on-going end-to-end insight & data required to inspire and support the development and execution of the Brand/Portfolio plan e.g. brand performance data, brand development research (Ad-hoc qual & quant, Ethnography, U&A, Occasions data etc
Deliver the insight and research required to develop and execute the Brand Communication Plan:
Consumer & Media target and Tribe understanding
Communications/Advertising research (Creative development research, Link Testing, Brand Equity understanding)
Manage the Insight budget on your area of the portfolio to drive maximum ROII (Return on Insights Investment)
Support the development and roll-out one of the Insight Best Practice pillars to contribute to the Insight Transformation, for example, Implementation of Behavioural Science principles or Innovation Testing Protocols or Communications Planning research methodologies
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Minimum 3 years clientside &/or Agency research experience - ad hoc and continuous:
Briefing in and managing a broad range of qual and quant insight projects and methodologies, getting the most out of external partners to deliver clear, timely, actionable results
Hands-on experience of using continuous databases such as Kantar and IRI to generate and supplement insight
Ability to distil insight and data from multiple sources into compelling, action-oriented stories to unlock growth
Ability to influence across the organisation, building mutually beneficial relationships, and impactfully communicating insight learning and recommendations
Possess drive and enthusiasm alongside attention to detail
Strong time-management skills with ability to prioritise
