In your role as Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst you will play an important role within our Global HRIS team at Kellogg’s Global Business Services (GBS) center. You will be accountable for managing activities associated with Success Factors Employee Center, position management, recruiting and onboarding (RCM and RCK modules). HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Information Systems Accumen – Bring your expertise in SuccessFactors RCM/RMK (including role based permissions) and ONB. You’ll be relied upon for your strong attention to detail and accuracy as you’ll be doing mass uploads involving multiple tables with complex transactions. You’ll be hands on as you work with MDF Objects, Business Configuration UI, Workflows, Global Mobility, Business Rules, Succession Data Model and Picklist management.
Systems Enhancements / Configuration / Implementation - Bring your hunger for more, as you’ll participate in end-to-end system enhancements, system configurations, upgrades, and quarterly releases for all HR technologies which includes testing, defect coordination, documentation, and training. You’ll be accountable for supporting quarterly releases, validation and testing. We’ll be counted on for your expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and core HR skills, as you’ll perform hands on configuration. Strong knowledge of HR Technology to include hands on design, configuration, implementation, strategy approaches and leading practices for specific business process areas.
Stakeholder Partnerships – Bring your appetite for teamwork, as you’ll collaborate with HRO data resources to ensure accuracy of data changes. Build partnerships and take the lead as you’ll demonstrate your expertise with career site builder, recruiting dashboard, candidate relationship management, candidate management, requisition management, job posting, onboarding and other third party integrations. Bring your critical thinking and problem solving skills as you’ll be involved with HRIS ticket triage.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School diploma or GED
Demonstrated experience with HR systems e.g. ERP (ideally SAP) – including hands on design and configuration
Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors (ideally) e.g. role based permissions
Strong MS Excel skills - pivot tables, v-lookups
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Experience working to Service Level Agreements in a stakeholder/customer driven environment
