Inyour role as Sr. Manager – Perfect Store & Point of Buying at Kellogg, youwill be part of our success by:
Building the Perfect Store & POB Roadmapfor the Organization
Developing & putting into action the POB &Placement Strategy for the Organization
Closely working with the Marketing Team &the BTL agency on the Conceptualization, Design & Fabrication of Pointof Buying Elements for all Retail Environments.
Supporting the operation, following up thecritical path and ensure our success of In Store Execution with highestquality and speed
Periodic Assessment of POB in line with thePath to Purchase Mode.
Driving the Perfect Store Agenda which is oneof the biggest growth Pillars for the Organization. Responsible for thekey KPIs of Growth & Dispersion for Perfect Stores
Owning the Merchandising Organization &collaborating with the Merchandising Agency & Branch stakeholders forsetting & execution of Merchandiser KPIs.
Sharing expertise to enable smooth activationof our plans and feedback into the organization to adjust and adaptpromptly
Supporting the team on the ground to ensureresources are properly disposed, while ensuring efficiencies in theprocess
Early triggering alarms to get requiredresources around any potential issue
Building knowledge of shoppers and sharinginternally
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Customer Marketing, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
· University degree
· Previous experience either in Sales or Marketing
· Knowledge in Shopper Marketing
· English proficiency
· Strong analytical skills
· Sense of urgency to ensure effectiveness all the time, everywhere.
· Ability to demonstrate trade-offs value
- SAP, Scan, Nielsen
