The Category & RGM Mgr supports the definition and the execution of the commercial initiatives following the "4P" Model for the respective region. It’s the function's task to develop the mid- & long term commercial strategy per category in joint collaboration with the country sales units and the BU
What I will be doing?
Support, develop and execute Category Strategies across country teams to increase sales and achieve customer business targets
Support, develop and execute regional Revenue Growth Strategies (e.g. PPA, LPI) to increase sales and achieve customer business targets
Support, plan, lead and flawlessly execute assortment updates and range reviews in line with Kellogg's objectives
Review and analyze central promotions in order create recommendations for future executions
Support the management of LAM inputs for distribution and rate of sale benchmarking for Kellogg's innovation plans, as well sign off of sell in our new products
What do I need to demonstrate?
Ideal: FMCG experience of Category Management/Category/Development/Sales
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate to insight
Excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills with a proven record of delivery
