WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Update and Maintenance of various market data platforms in order to prepare/to present in-market performance updates on various commercial forums (eg CPA, MCU );
Monitoring and assessing the portfolio-wide Cluster specific impact of key initiatives based on market data;
Conduct bespoke / issue-led analysis to provide insight and understanding behind cluster business performance;
Provide competitor intelligence and analysis for competitive advantage in the cluster conducting bespoke analysis to highlight growth opportunities based on Nielsen/IRI and GFK;
Development, continues improvement and deployment of standardized RGM reports to increase transparency regarding the commercial principles on top customer level (eg listings, assortment, promotions, innovation ) vs. targets;
Highlighting anomalies and deviations from targets to enable Commercial Strategy / RGM Managers to prompt discussions with Key Account or Group Account Manager.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
Experienced in panel based research tools/parameters (IRI, Nielsen , GfK etc) and understanding of financial metrics; further strong ability to integrate diverse sources of insight;
Strong analytical thinking to operationalize business questions into an analysis, a passion to analyse data/to dig into data and having the strong ability to transform data into insights, indicated actions and compelling visualisation ;
High degree of accuracy, attention to details, excellence in execution, strong conceptual way of working , business acumen, good communication skills and proactive to commercial stakeholders;
Business degree, 3yrs+ experience in FMCG company in analytic oriented roles, very advanced in MS Office, IRI/Nielsen/GfK, fluent in English.
