The job supports the Commercial Strategy/Revenue Growth Manager’s activities in driving customer growth in all countries of the cluster Northern Europe.
The main purpose is to increase transparency via standardized reports to monitoring adherence to commercial principles/casita targets.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Deployment of standardized reports to increase transparency regarding the commercial principles on top customer level;
e.g. listing/distribution of our portfolio according to assortment recommendation/listing priorities;
Execution of promotions according to promotion guidelines (e.g. Display shipments, frequency, critical weeks)
Performance tracking of new products;
Highlighting anomalies and deviations from targets
Ensuring a corporate design language across all reports
Preparing presentations for the commercial meetings
Taking care of daily business tasks (e.g. inviting to meetings)
Close collaboration with all Category Strategy / Revenue Growth Managers.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
Ideally Business Degree combined with 2-3 years’ experience in FMCG or commercial apprenticeship;
High accuracy, excellence in execution, structured way of working;
proactive mind-set, high customer- and service orientation;
Analytical mind-set, attention to details;
Basic understanding of N.E. retail environment;
Good communication skills;
Good English language skills;
Advanced MS-Office knowledge, SAP knowledge beneficial. WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
The job holder prepares the Senior Commercial Strategy / RGM Manager to prompt discussions with the customer teams
The job holder collaborates very closely with all Category Strategy / Revenue Growth Managers and other functions involved in reporting (e.g. I&P, Sales Finance, Sales Analysts).
