HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Troubleshooting and repair – You will be responsible for the troubleshooting and repair of our industrial production equipment, electrical control circuits including device level, relays, contactors and other electrical devices
Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers – Bringing your Allyn Bradley Experience to the team
Using digital multi-meters - Voltage ranges of 24VDC-480VAC while following all Company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Interpreting electrical schematics – Identifying and examining equipment to understand root causes and actively seeking ways to improve plant efficiency and cost savings.
Documenting and updating activities - you will use our (SAP) Computerized Maintenance Management System
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
Ability to pass written and practical electrical evaluation
Experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
Experience working with Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
Experience working in electrical maintenance at a manufacturing facility
Previous Food manufacturing experience
Basic computer skills
Experience using SAP as a CMMS
Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem solving and organizational skills
