HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Troubleshooting and repair – You will be responsible for repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, using basic hand tools and industrial shop equipment to perform job assignments

  • Responding to equipment breakdowns – Keeping our equipment running and communicating technical subjects to co-workers and vendors

  • Documenting and updating activities - you will use our (SAP) Computerized Maintenance Management System

  • Safety First – You will be responsible for following all company safety rules and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)

  • Physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds

  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Must be able to work daily overtime if required.

  • Ability to pass written and practical maintenance evaluation

BONUS POINTS:

  • Experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment

  • Experience working in maintenance at a manufacturing facility

  • Previous Food manufacturing experience

  • TIG/MIG Welding experience

  • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems

  • Basic computer skills

  • Effective communication, interpersonal, technical, problem solving and organizational skills
