HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Ensuring Accuracy – You will be responsiblefor managing stores operations including inventory control of stock spareparts and consumable materials to achieve inventory management objectivesusing CMMS/SAP system. Managing stores equipment/item Repair Program,Consignment Program, and Vendor Managed Inventory Program as part ofoptimizing dollars expended in Stores Inventory Value

  • Internal Auditor &Cross-functional Partner – You will be checking invoices against orderedmaterial, viewing condition of items ordered, returns unacceptable items,and forwards invoices for payment. Working with supervisors, techniciansand engineers on the procurement of parts for shutdown and routinemaintenance activities. Conducting necessary periodic cycle counts ofstoreroom inventories and make corrections to address discrepancies

  • Building Relationships& Servant Leadership – You will be developing relationships with vendors andsuppliers and maintaining awareness of new trends and developments withinthe MRO arena; incorporate new developments into storeroom and maintenanceoperations. Overseeing the work of the Maintenance Coordinator

  • Continuous Improvement – Youwill be serving as a resource in education and problem solving for themaintenance and storeroom functions within the SAP system. Makingrecommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards,policies, and procedures

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Diploma orGED and demonstrated work experience

  • Extensive progressiveexperience in a fast paced manufacturing setting

  • Ability to quicklydevelop an in-depth working knowledge of applicable Kellogg processes,SAP, workflows, and procedures

  • Ability to work in aproactive work environment; be an effective motivator, communicator,delegator, and trainer of people; and be able to effectively achieveresults through others

  • Demonstrated proficiencyin planning/analysis, cost accounting, and cost control

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in arelated field and frequently demonstrated relevant work experience

  • Work experience in a unionenvironment

  • Food manufacturingexperience

  • Experience with SAP
