HERE'S A TASTE OFWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are looking for an AdministrativeAssistant to deliver administrative support within the Manchester Plantoffice. Candidate needs to beenthusiastic, hardworking, with excellent communication and organisationskills. This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week.
As an Administrative assistant you will:
Responding to emails, photocopying, scanningdocuments and answering the telephone.
Maintaining efficient and tidy filing systemsfor all related paperwork.
Maintain databases, including data entry andextraction.
Support manager by typing correspondence,updatinAg forms and other documentation, and attending to visitors.
Ordering stock and arranging payment ofinvoices.
WHAT I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE:
Previous administrative experience.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Team player and ability to use own initiative.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Great communication skills.
Organised and methodical approach to work.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to make decisions and to prioritise when working to deadlines.
