HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Successfully plan and deliver Kellogg products to internal and external customers

  • Responsible for on-time, accurate, cost effective and quality delivery to internal and external customers

  • Daily execute end-to-end transportation planning activities (including haulier and equipment selection, load consolidation, mode shift and optimization of transport routes, amongst others)

  • Manage booking and execution of transportation loads through Transporeon

  • Primary day to day contact with hauliers and internal teams (e.g. OTD, warehouses)

  • Monitor status updates from hauliers and internal teams (in-transit, appointment, delivered etc.) and communicate and resolve transportation exceptions (proactively and reactively)

  • Provide direct support to develop technical transport solutions from inception to completion

  • Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes that extend across service and cost performance

  • Improve visibility of transportation performance through Transporeon and Tableau

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • It is essential that all applicants must be fluent in local language

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

  • Language skills - English (Required); and second language based on location] (Required)

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to develop and manage client and carrier relationships

  • Working knowledge of a Transport Management System

  • Understanding of transportation rules and regulations; standard processes and business policies

  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office

  • Experience of working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally (preferred)

Relationships in this role

  • Reports to respective Transportation Lead

  • Peer Relations - all transportation planners, transport finance team, end-to-end order-to-delivery team, and supply planning team

  • Other relationships - Hauliers, External Customers (domestic and export team), Co-Packers and Co-Manufacturer partners
