HERE'S A TASTE OFWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Acts as subject matter expert for Customer Services Order to Delivery business processes, IT systems & key metrics. Drives proactive communication and understanding of departmental KPI's, identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities.
In your role as European Customer Services Specialist, you will be part of our success by:
Support theimplementation of the European Customer Logistics Strategy via data analytics& the provision of key insights to action plans.
Consolidates KPI reporting for European CustomerService & Logistics team, identifies and delivers opportunities to drivecontinuous improvement.
Develops knowledge base to become subject matterexpert for Customer Service Order to Delivery business processes, IT systemsand key performance metrics.
Collaborates with Market Customer IntegrationManagers & their teams to ensure that all Customer requirements areidentified, prioritized and shared at a European level.
Manages all Customer Supply Chain data, continuallyevolving & improving the retailer knowledge bank information & Customerinitiative repository enabling the identification and delivery of valuecreation initiatives.
Identifies best practice and benchmarkingopportunities via collaboration with external Industry bodies and forums.Participates in & delivers key initiatives & project work as and whenrequired.

University degree and significant work experience.
Deep knowledge of Customer Services Order to delivery processes Strongcollaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/external customerto drive change & deliver continuous improvement initiatives
MS Office & deep knowledge of SAP systems,
Deep analytical and problem solving skills, excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Language Skills; English plus other European market language desirable
Sense of urgency and ownership of resolutions meeting establishedperformance objectives and customer commitments.
Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities andspecific time constraint.
