HERE'S A TASTE OFWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are looking for an Occupational Health Administrator to deliver administrative support within the Manchester Plant Occupational Health Service (OHS) and to support the SOHNP (Specialist Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner) in promotion of health and wellbeing of the workforce.
As an Occupational Health Administrator you will:
Liaison with and organization of the clinicsfor SOHNP (mandatory health assessments) and contracted services including thephysiotherapist
Maintain Workrite database and arrange DSEassessments
Maintaining supplies of occupational healthsupplies including availability of forms and ordering of stock
Be responsible for the accurate recording,safe storage and updating of medical information within medical records andcomputerised systems ensuring compliance with GDPR
Support in the planning and delivery of healthpromotion initiatives including Employee Wellbeing Group. Maintain and update EmployeeWellbeing boards with current materials which will include the skills to createand design new posters and leaflets when required
Liaison with GPs and other allied healthprofessionals as required
Support in the collation and reporting ofabsence data
WHAT I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE:
Self-Motivated, confident, detail-dedicated,and take pride in “getting it right first time”
Good organizing skills
Excellent skills in use of Excel andformatted Word documents
The ability to gain a good understanding ofthe Kellogg SAP financials process
Strong communication, numeracy and computerskills and the ability to work to tight deadlines are required. The need torespect confidentiality is essential for this role
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
This role will be part time (20 hours a week job)
