HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Schedule short & medium term factory production of food process & packing lines for MCR plant.
Generate optimum schedules that minimise production losses, but also meet & exceed our external customer’s requirements.
In your role as Production Scheduler you will be part of our success by:
Produce daily & weekly schedules for KelloggsManchester Plant
Work closely with local Operations team to ensureplans are executed
Identify & resolve supply issues with support fromSupply Planning function
Work closely with suppliers to ensure materials areavailable ‘just in time’ for production, whilst minimising risk of scrap.
Execute new sku setups, to ensure in-market timingsare met. Work with master data team to make sure SAP data is complete& accurate before production.
Communicate & escalate any schedule risks, andopportunities, to local plant leadership team
Provide holiday/sickness cover for Materials Planner,as required
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Previous production scheduling experience in FMCG environment.
High level of numeracy, computer literacy & keen eye for detail.
Calm and motivated under pressure.
Ability to work closely together as a valued team member, in anenvironment that is often demanding & dynamic.
Educated to degree level, or equivalent.
Experience of SAP PPDS & APO based planning.
