ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will support the Kellogg’s R&D Food & Packaging Designers with the data requirements of the product development process and you will coordinate, collate and maintain system specifications and recipes containing ingredient, packaging and final product data to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Maintains PLM system including the populating of ingredient, packaging specifications and final product recipes and data:
Co-ordinates with suppliers in order to ensure new specification information is supplied promptly and accurately
Co-ordinates with food and packaging design teams in order to verify data accuracy
Maintains documents within the document management system
Utilises internal systems to ensure process visibility and consistency
Carries out associated activities utilising internal systems & processes
Analyses data, generates reports and instigates corrective actions
Maintains healthy supplier relationships
Supports other members of the team in the execution of their project activities within the Product Lifecycle Management system
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Education and Experience
At least two years demonstrable experience maintaining data in a FMCG (ideally Food & Drink) company
Experience working with product development systems
Experience working with food or packaging specifications
Degree level or relevant technical qualification preferred
Have an understanding of specifications & product development data requirements
Competency using ERP & PLM systems (preferred)
An understanding of Food and/or Packaging development
Comprehensive experience with Microsoft Excel & manipulating data
Leadership, communication & other capabilities that are needed for this role:
A clear and concise communicator with the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
Show high levels of pro-activity and excellent achievement drive
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive approach

The role is office based, but with potential occasional visits to manufacturing facilities or suppliers.
