HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Delivering Results – Bring your best self to the breakfast table every day! You will be contributing to the Marketing Team’s in-market tracking of the operating plan in order to achieve budget targets. You will have a firm focus on performing issue and opportunity analysis, post implementation reviews, and competitive reviews. Key inputs include, but are not limited to AC Nielsen consumption and media tracking, market mix modeling, and communication.
Development of Brand Strategies & Plans – Share in the success we all create together. You will be leading the delivery of trend, market, portfolio, brand & competitive analytic insights and recommendations to influence strategy development. You will have the ability to influence the portfolio and brand plans by leveraging market mix modeling results. You will be directing the analytic contributions of external research suppliers against the annual planning process, while advancing Kellogg Canada’s insights agenda by identifying, initiating and executing custom analytic research.
Delivering Marketing Analytics – You will be providing timely market and brand performance insights for brand categories to influence strategic and tactical business decisions. You will partner with Consumer Insight Managers to provide full 360 analytic and consumer insights and strategic recommendations against brand issues and opportunities.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
University undergraduate degree
Demonstrated experience in market analytics research
Proven track record of success and be able to demonstrate ability to initiate, develop and deliver analytic insights in an effective and timely manner
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage high numbers of requests and projects
Excellent communication and persuasion skills combined with strong leadership skills
Competency in AC Nielsen and Market Mix Modeling
Experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
