Kellogg IT Operations Analyst - 12 Month Contract in MISSISSAUGA, Ontario

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Handling Support Incidents in ServiceNow (digital CONCIERGE) for corporate, sales, plant & warehouse locations. This will include:

  • Update incident status and work log promptly

  • Communicate, troubleshoot issues and follow-up with customers both face-to-face and over the phone

  • Perform hardware swaps to resolve problems on laptops/desktops

  • Support & troubleshoot wireless & network connectivity

  • Complete and manage change requests via ServiceNow (digital CONCIERGE) system, including assisting in moves, onboarding & offboarding

  • Configure hardware (laptop, desktops, mobile devices etc.)

  • Perform End User orientation sessions

  • Equipment and system orientations

  • Support meeting room setup such as video conferencing, projection & audio in our meeting rooms

  • Track asset and maintain data integrity in SharePoint. Perform physical check of asset numbers for Corp. office and Sales when required. Assist with the iPad enrollment with Apples DEP program.

  • Maintain IT documentation , updating processes and procedures as changes occur. Test Global PC image, software install packages – communicate with global teams for any issues

  • Attend & Participate in meetings for IT Team meetings and activities, Town Halls and meetings for Corporate office. Ensure prompt communications with local and global team members on incident resolution, troubleshooting & testing results.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • Two year technical diploma or secondary education in Computer Systems Technology or other related field

  • College Diploma, GED or international equivalent

  • Working knowledge gained through direct installation & support such as:

  • Windows 10, MS Office & Outlook email, Skype, Browsers, Active Directory, Windows Server

  • PC, printer & other Hardware configuration

  • VPN & remote connectivity software

  • Mobile device configuration and features

  • Networking concepts & wireless configuration

  • Attention to detail

  • Customer service & support ethics

  • Strong listening skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points:

  • IT support procedures knowledge

  • Good organizational skills

  • French speaking
